Department Mid-Winter Conference 2008-09

Members of the Department of New Mexico celebrated Valentine's Day at their annual Mid-Winter Conference and banquet. Pictured above, State Voice of Democracy 1st Place Winner - Leandra Garcia receives her award and prizes at the Mid-Winter Banquet. Leandra read her award winning audio essay honoring the audience attending the banquet. Leandra will now advance to compete against the winners of all the other Departments for National honors.
